As we near the end of 2017 here’s quote from the book Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maude Montgomery, “Isn’t it nice to think that tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it yet?” That’s enough to make you shout. The year 2018 will start with excitement and anticipation and there are no mistakes in at yet at one second after midnight. My first post of the new year will be “Enter 2018 With A Shout Of Praise. To prepare us for that let’s get ready with 18 inspirational scriptures because 2018 will be your best year yet.

Hope for the Future
Jeremiah 29:11 (HCSB) For I know the plans I have for you”--⌊this is⌋ the LORD’s declaration—“plans for ⌊your⌋ welfare, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
Hebrews 11:1 (HCSB) Now faith is the reality of what is hoped for, the proof of what is not seen.

A New Creation

2017 was a great year for me; despite the great division in the country caused, in my personal opinion, by the election of #45, by the threat of nuclear conflict posed by North Korea, by the incidences of terrorism throughout the world, and I could name more but that’s not the point. Despite all those things God blessed me to see my 73rd year; I’ve written I don’t know how many blog posts, and preached several sermons; my Internet ministry is growing; I was able to talk often with my 95 year old mother, who is still in good health; I could go on and on. I look forward to and expect even greater things in 2018. I look for, greater things for the United States, greater things for my friends and family, greater things for the Body of Christ, greater things for my local church, greater things for the Faith The Evidence Ministry. I look for the blessings of God that take us, as my Pastor says, “from glory, to glory, to glory”.
I pray that 2018 will be if Jesus doesn’t return which will make it even better, your best year yet.
